2021 is Year of Guitar with the Eden Stell Guitar Duo!
Outstanding professional musicians visit local schools with Jackdaws to spread their passion and enjoyment for music with a whole school performance, and a workshop with a smaller group of children. Children from each school then join together for the Grand Finale performance, which is always a spectacular event.
The Year of…” is an ongoing large-scale project begun in 2013. Each year sees a different international classical musician or ensemble working with schools in Somerset. Visit the individual pages below for more information.
