Great Elm is situated off the A362 connecting Frome and Radstock – see map above.

Note – if you are using SatNav, it may only bring you to the centre of the village.

In the centre of the village the church and village hall are situated on the north side of the road – take the turning on the opposite side of the road next to the fir tree, this is Elm Lane. Come down the steep hill which has a sharp left-hand turn and you will find Jackdaws at the very bottom of the hill on the left, just before the river. There is plenty of free on-site parking.

By Train

Mainline trains operate to stations locally at Frome (3 miles away), Westbury (10 miles) or Bath Spa (15 miles). For more specific information and times visit National Rail.

If you’re arriving by train, we strongly advise you to book a taxi in advance for your onward journey to Great Elm. We can provide a list of local taxi companies.
