Jackdaws are presenting Handel’s Semele as part of their OperaPLUS project this year.
The project runs from 22nd April – 3rd May and will be an in depth course working on Handel’s Semele, culminating in three semi-staged performances involving children from Somerset primary schools. OperaPLUS gives Young Artists the opportunity to gain skills and experience in devising and leading workshops with a specific, targeted goal. It is a great chance to get a step ahead in a skill which now forms part of every singer’s career.
Semele will run for three performances, each involving different Somerset primary schools.
