Alexander Technique for Musicians
Saturday 15 November 2014
Course No. 3116
Fee: £35 including Lunch

The morning will introduce Alexander Technique including some experiments on everyday movements to see the activity and influence of the mind in/on action. Be prepared for an interactive session that includes movement, a little ‘hands on’ work and lying on the floor!
