Solo Study Course
Between 1943 and 1959, the American Broadway was in a Golden Age, producing musicals still loved and performed to this day. It was not just Rodgers & Hammerstein, but also Irving Berlin, Harold Arlen, Lerner & Loewe, Cole Porter, and Frank Loesser who were all frantically creating Musical Theatre that pioneered a new form of narrative storytelling, bringing about a new age of musical classics; Oklahoma, On The Town, Carousel, Guys and Dolls, My Fair Lady and The Sound of Music, to name a few!
Paul Knight has huge experience of working on this repertoire as a Music Director in the West End, acquiring a staggering breadth of knowledge during those years. Bring a minimum of two pieces to work on over the weekend.
