Tickets went on sale this morning for the fourth “Year of…” project, the Year of the Reed featuring the Gelächter Trio. There are just over 100 tickets available for the performance, which will see almost 200 school children performing en masse with the Gelächter Trio on Tuesday 22 March at 5:30pm.
The programme will feature the Trio performing several solo items, in amongst pieces such as Tchaikovsky’s Theme from Swan Lake and the Duke Ellington Jazz standard “C Jam Blues”.
Lasting around 1 hour, the concert is always a highlight on the calendar of Jackdaws Education projects.
