Arts Award LogoArts Award is a qualification run by Trinity College, London which provides a framework for young people to learn and develop their creativity and leadership skills; it is expressive, valuable, accessible for all and does not require any specialist skills.
In a time of global disruption, we want to help young people boost their achievements by earning an Arts Award qualification to celebrate their creativity. Jackdaws is a registered Arts Award Centre, with two trained advisors, who can help support you through your Discover, Explore, Bronze or Silver level Arts Award.
Arts Awards are Ofqual regulated qualifications, Explore is entry level, Bronze Level 1 and Silver level 2. NB Arts Award is a worthwhile accreditation, while it is not equal in size to a GCSE, young people are working and assessed at comparable standards. (on the Regulated Qualification Framework; Read more).
Do the activities in your own time and use our free guides and schemes of work with customisable tasks to create a portfolio of your Arts Award journey, before submitting this for moderation (costs for moderation are around £35 per portfolio and this will need to be paid in advance before moderation can be applied for and certificates issued).

Please note: Trinity College, the awarding body for Arts Award, have suspended Arts Award moderation for the time being. We will work to get all portfolios assessed as quickly as possible once normal service resumes. There are no time limits in which Arts Awards have to be completed.

Trinity Champion CentreArts Award can be completed at home as part of your home learning whilst schools are closed, we will support you by posting ideas on our website blog/social media, answering questions over email and checking your completed portfolios at no extra cost.
