Sandra FordSandra Ford was born in South Africa and initially studied singing at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

As Principal Soprano at the English National Opera roles included Violetta (La Traviata), Mimi (La Boheme and Leoncavallo). Micaela (Carmen), Elvira (Ernani) and Olympia, Giuletta, Antonia and Stella in Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffmann, for which she won an Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement. Sandra has sung in concert with major UK Orchestras and in Europe.

As a teacher, Sandra loves the challenge of developing and improving vocal technique in singers of all ages and as a Mentor Coach works to instil confidence and resilience in performers.
