One Day Course
The morning will introduce Alexander Technique including some experiments on everyday movements to see the activity and influence of the mind in/on action. Then, in the afternoon, there will be a masterclass session where Ann will work with individuals ‘on the platform’, demonstrating the application of the technique as a learning experience for the whole group.
Be prepared for an interactive session that includes movement, a little ‘hands on’ work and lying on the floor!

Day courses are held at Jackdaws in the village of Great Elm, a small village to the west of Frome in Somerset, roughly 30 minutes drive from Bath. Frome Train station is roughly 2.5 miles from Jackdaws with direct trains from Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and London.
The £35 fee is required to guarantee your place on a Jackdaws Day Course. This fee is inclusive of lunch and tuition; please let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking and we will be happy to accommodate. Meals are lovingly prepared and served on site by our cooks using fresh, local ingredients where possible.
