Award winning Education project, Jackdaws OperaPLUS, returns with a reworking of last year’s production of Donizetti’s The Love Potion (L’elisir d’amore), to celebrate the composer’s 220th Anniversary year. Sung in English and set in the heartland of Somerset, Jackdaws OperaPLUS makes Donizetti’s comic tale of unrequited love accessible to new audiences of all ages.
Featuring 18 Somerset schools, children perform as chorus alongside the professional cast in 5 performances, at venues across Somerset.

5 May: Robert Blake Science College, Taunton
All performances start at 5:30pm
Tickets available on the door (and in advance from the Cheese & Grain for the 4 May), priced between £3 – £5.
