Fundraising Events
Various fund raising concerts are held throughout the year. We hold concerts by top international musicians in Rook Lane Chapel - the newly renovated exhibition and recital hall - and in various churches around Frome. We have also staged concerts in Bath and London.
We hold recitals kindly given by tutors of Jackdaws courses where you are able to listen to excellent classical music at a very reasonable cost. We are developing a recital series which will run throughout the year at Jackdaws itself.

We hold an Open Day each year where we showcase some of our work with children and the community. A variety of stalls, cream teas and raffles all help to raise funds.
Ongoing fundraising activities are as follows:
Jackdaws is buying a Steinway grand piano which is making a great difference to the many piano workshops; this is costing Jackdaws £250 per month, total cost £32,000. If you would like to help our fund raising efforts we would be very grateful

If you enjoyed your course, perhaps you would like to give someone else the same opportunity - to enable them to attend a course of their choice. Vouchers may be used as part or full payment for any course at Jackdaws within two years of date of issue.
